DEMAND PROOF OF UNDERTAKING SUPPORT PAYMENT THROUGH TITLE IV-D COLLECTIONS AFFIDAVIT IS SENT WITH VALIDATION OF TITLE IV-A DEBT AFFIDAVIT TO CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY TO DEMAND PROOF OF AN UNDERTAKING AGREEMENT TO PROVE AN OBLIGATION EXISTS. 

CREDIT BUREAU PROOF OF DEBT-SEND TO ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS TO PROVE THE CREDIT BUREAUS CANNOT SUBSTANTIATE DEBT AND MUST REMOVE FROM YOUR CREDIT AND THEN YOU CAN USE THIS AS PROOF YOU DO NOT OWE A DEBT. YOU CAN USE THIS AS EVIDENCE TO PRESENT TO CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY AND COURTS THAT A DEBT EXISTS BECAUSE THE CREDIT BUREAUS CANNOT REPORT A DEBT IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF IT EXISTS.
